We all love oats, right?! No? Well, I think you’ll like these! This is not your typical oatmeal! It actually has texture, and tastes super good. This recipe is so easy for a busy morning, and is easily doubled for more servings! It literally takes about 7 minutes, so give it a try!
This recipe is: Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Oil-Free
Serves: 1-2 People
What You Need:
1 cup Organic Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Purified Water (find out why “purified” here)
2 tsp Organic Almond Butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Flax Meal
1/3 cup frozen organic berries
Directions:
Bring water and oats to a boil, then simmer for 5 min. Add the berries.
When it is done simmering (and all the water is gone), move to a bowl,and add the almond butter, cinnamon, and flax meal. Mix, and its ready!
