We all love oats, right?! No? Well, I think you’ll like these! This is not your typical oatmeal! It actually has texture, and tastes super good. This recipe is so easy for a busy morning, and is easily doubled for more servings! It literally takes about 7 minutes, so give it a try!
This recipe is: Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Oil-Free
Serves: 1-2 People
What You Need:
1 cup Organic Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Purified Water (find out why “purified” here)
2 tsp Organic Almond Butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Flax Meal
1/3 cup frozen organic berries
Bring water and oats to a boil, then simmer for 5 min. Add the berries.
When it is done simmering (and all the water is gone), move to a bowl, and add the almond butter, cinnamon, and flax meal. Mix, and its ready!
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Oatmeal always keeps me full until lunch, and is one of the cheapest things you can get organic! If you love this recipe, or love oatmeal in general, comment below! I’d love to hear others people’s recipes! 🙂
