This smoothie really gets me going in the morning, and is probably one of the best things you could drink in the morning! It has greens, super foods, and matcha green tea powder! So simple, too! Just throw it all in the blender, blend and serve. Or just drink it from the blender jar, no one will know! 🙂
Serves: 2
What You Need:
Blender
24 oz Purified Water (find out why I say purified here)
2-3 Stalks of Kale
1 Small Handful of Italian Parsley
2 Scoops Amazing Grass Green Super Food Powder
1 Tbsp Moringa Powder
4 Tbsp Hemp protein powder
1 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 Small Handful Dried Mulberries
1-2 Tbsp Dried Un-sulfured Goji Berries
1 Banana
Directions:
Put all ingredients in order from top to bottom. Blend. Serve!
Note: If you want it to be colder, you can either freeze the banana or put it in the fridge.
