This “sandwich” is perfect for a small snack, or a health dessert! Its so simple, even I can do it! Just be careful to not cut your fingers!
What You Need:
Almond Butter (preferably raw and/or organic)
- Slice apple width-wise, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread almond butter on each slice.
- Eat open face, or with another slice of apple on top!
Wasn’t that so easy? You could also use sunflower butter, or another type of nut butter. I like to make recipes that are allergy-friendly, so I don’t use peanuts in my recipes.
