Apple & Almond Butter “Sandwich”

This “sandwich” is perfect for a small snack, or a health dessert! Its so simple, even I can do it! Just be careful to not cut your fingers!

What You Need:

1 Apple

Almond Butter (preferably raw and/or organic)



  1. Slice apple width-wise, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Spread almond butter on each slice.
  3. Eat open face, or with another slice of apple on top!


Wasn’t that so easy? You could also use sunflower butter, or another type of nut butter. I like to make recipes that are allergy-friendly, so I don’t use peanuts in my recipes.
