Protein Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for the morning, or  mid afternoon snack! Its cool and refreshing, and packed with protein, to keep you full longer!

I’ve made this in the Nutribullet, and it is the perfect size for a single person’s smoothie. 🙂 If you need more than one, just multiply the recipe by the amount of people you’re making it for!

What You Need:

Blender

1 cup Frozen Strawberries

2 Ripe bananas

3 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder

Approx. 1 1/2 cups water (add more if too thick)

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into blender.

Blend until smooth.

Serve.

Enjoy!
