It’s getting colder, so that means eat more ice cream, right?! It’s actually been shown that people eat more ice cream during the colder months… Maybe they’re too hot by the fireplace or in their oversized sweaters, but nonetheless people eat it more! That’s why I’m bringing this DIY Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Recipe to you. It’s perfect for the Fall and Winter. 🍁
First, you need your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream (I love Coconut Bliss), and Pumpkin Pie Spice (can be found at any grocery store, especially in Autumn.
Next, scoop out 3-4 scoops of the ice cream and sprinkle 1/2-1 tbsp of the spice on the bowl of ice cream. Mix, or leave on top!
Optional: make a Pumpkin Spice Shake by adding 3-4 scoops of ice cream to blender with 1 cup of plant milk, and 1 tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Blend.
