These things are my staple food. They are so easy to make, and my mom absolutely loves them! They go great with my Vegan Veggie & Black Bean Burgers for lunch, or as a breakfast food. They are baked, so are a lot better for you than frying them! They are so versatile because you can make them just like the recipes that follows, or add whatever you want to them!
Recipe Type: Breakfast or Side
You will need:
Large Baking Pan
Parchment Paper
Tongs
About 2lbs Organic Golden Potatoes
Organic, Unrefined Coconut Oil
Any other organic Spices you may want
Instructions:
Put a sheet of parchment paper on pan (big enough to cover it).
Preheat Oven to 375°
Spiralize all potatoes. If you can, make the spiralized potatoes land on the baking sheet (makes it easier).
Spread the potatoes on the pan.
Take about 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, and mix it up in the potatoes on the pan. Use your hands, if necessary. Make sure a majority of the potatoes are covered in oil.
Sprinkle No-Salt Seasoning on the potatoes. Mix up the mixture with tongs.
Bake in oven on middle/bottom rack at 375° for 15 minutes.
Take out, and stir around the potatoes.
Bake another 15 minutes.
They are ready to consume!
These are hash browns/curly fries that your body understands, and digests. They are good for you, and so filling! You may get addicted to them, they’re so good.
Additions that are amazing are: sauteed mushrooms, onions, vegan cheese, and anything else your heart desires!
Condiments that go great with them are: Homemade Organic Ketchup, Organic Mustard, and Organic Homemade Sauerkraut/Store bought Raw Sauerkraut.
To create a vegan meal, include these with: Vegan Veggie & Black Bean Burgers, Hilary’s World’s Best Veggie Burger, or add Vegan chili on top!
